So he promised to stay out of politics, got a light sentence, then shouted a political statement. ISTM the judge should’ve had his butt brought back to hear his corrected sentence.

Y’know, I could respect someone who just said “I don’t agree with all of their policies, but they’re paying me really well”. One can do business with someone one disagrees with (and, in fact, most of us do business with Saudi Arabia). Just be honest about it. If you feel like you must, then say you want to earn a lot of money for the benefit of your family.
