Well, to be fair, the article quotes an anonymous employee as saying their not actually going to check vaccine status, and the quotes from the owner make it pretty clear they’re trolling and the whole thing is just a performance piece, not a real policy. Not that that’s really better…

Not sure how the “never complying with any restrictions” thing is working out for them legally, but if we did end up with all the anti-maskers and anti-vaxxers self-segregating into defiantly non-compliant establishments that sensible people could then stay the hell away from, that at least would be a step forward.
