Nobody really wins a knife fight. You just lose a little less than the other guy. Unless it’s a tie and you’re both dead.
That’s some stupidity, all right (working in collaboration with its close colleague, drunkenness). The fight started because Sanchez objected to the guy parking his truck at the loading dock to drop off new/collect used fryer oil. Why the hell would he possibly care? Did he think it was his retirement grease?
Apparently he was “running wind sprints” in the alley and the truck blocked him.
Oh, of course. Lots of people run wind sprints at midnight in an alley while stinking drunk. That makes sense.
Of course, it’s fair to judge Sanchez for being ridiculously drunk at all.
But running wind sprints in a back alley isn’t even close to the stupidest thing anybody has done while drunk
I heard one time a guy tried to attack an elderly delivery driver for parking his truck while drunk and got stabbed as he beat the guy, and also ignored pepper spray.
There was that one guy that was cutting the heads off parking meters. He ended up in the box.
Sanchez should have known “drinking it up here, boss” doesn’t mean alcohol
