Protoboard doesn’t strike me as a troll. A bit of an oddity perhaps but not a troll. More likely autistic, in my not-so-serious opinion.

Reminds me of that guy who was pissed off that he wasn’t allowed to physically assault a woman (‘‘harpy’’) protester for standing in his way. This issue seems to be a recurring one in matters of law. ‘‘But that isn’t how I want the law to be!’’
