Hasn’t he posted this exact thread before? Not the exact words, but the exact sentiment? In which case, shouldn’t the thread just be closed?
Yeah, I was thinking that he started a GD thread about that before, too, but it was a “why omnivores suck” thread.
I couldn’t get past four or five posts, so, does the dingleberry actually return to the thread to somehow back what he/she was saying in the OP?
No, he hoists himself by his own petard, claims that refutations of the fundamental premise of his argument are just “semantics” and responds to the (well supported) claim that people are biologically programmed to breed with a mic-dropping “no they aren’t.”
His posts are his cites!
His cites are bad and he should feel bad.
From the tone of the posts, I think that’s the root problem. 
Of course, he doesn’t really feel bad. He’s a troll, and he’s being fed. Not in the best way, of course, because most of his respondents are on to him, so they’re not arguing very hard or with any great sincerity.
But he’s not a very good troll, so he doesn’t deserve to be fed well. His trolling is bad and he should feel bad.
So life is good. No matter what Shitheadius Flagrantius claims to think.
I don’t even think life is always good. I just think life’s overall value is entirely subjective and am annoyed when people assert otherwise. To then judge other people’s reproductive choices based on that subjective assumption is double plus annoying. It’s also a little bit cruel, or would be if anyone took it seriously.
Well, I never said “always good”. Unqualified “good” means “in the aggregate; in the final analysis.”
If I stipulated that subject troll was actually serious about his assertions, I’d note that it’s a common problem: someone who confuses their own overheated opinions with objective reality, and chooses to argue on that basis. Unanswerably, of course, since that kind of truthy gut-feeling “fact” isn’t refutable by anything as trivial as evidence.
Like I said, a troll. Hell, I’ll go further: a troll even if sincere. That kind of argument is like wrestling a pig: you both get filthy, but the pig enjoys it.
