No, of course not. But a new member whose first and only post is nearly incomprehensible and relates to a currently very controversial topic is suspect. It’s quite possible that the poster is not Muslim but is trying to provoke anti-Muslim reactions.
Did you read the post, or did you base your remark entirely on the quote I supplied, which was given only to provide an idea of the post’s subject, not to demonstrate the craziness of the post (I admit that I didn’t do a good job).
Note that the post has been locked by a mod.
I would welcome literate and sane Muslim Dopers, just like I welcome other literate and sane viewpoints.
Dried fruit is controversial?
It is in my house. The number of arguments my kids can have over varieties of raisins and dried dates is simply astounding.
Is actually reading the post too much effort? Those of us who did read it noticed that the link had nothing to do with the topic of that thread-it was a video about British women converting to Islam.

I am so happy to be not an observant muslim, here, this year. Night will be just a tad over 8 hours by the end of Ramadan. A Muslim in Yellowknife or Nome would like to about starve to death by the end of it.
