Is there any way to tell how many posters have only posted once?
If so, is there a way to filter out all those that were banned(spammers, socks and trolls)?
I’m looking for people that have posted exactly 29,640 times.

Do you want an exact count, or just a good estimate? If the latter, then you can just take a sampling of, say, 1 out of every 1000 user IDs, and count them up.
Your post just total DROPPED by one, dammit! (now at 29,639)
If you have Excel you can use http://sdmbexample.nfshost.com/profiles2.csv for a snapshot of the membership back in 2011 with all sorts of details that might help answer your question.

Most message boards I’ve been on enable you to get a list of members. Further, you can sort on any number of fields, including post count. Then you just have to wade through the zeros to get to the members with one post.
I haven’t found that member list on THIS board, of course, but one of the board sachems must surely be able to do it.
