Hey now! PBR has a full bodied flavour! Not the greatest flavour, but flavour none the less. It’s a damn fine beer for it’s price range. Bud light is fucking close to water. Tastes like the backwash of a bottle of Bud heavy filled with water.
I used to drink PBR because it was damn cheap.
That’s really the only reason to drink it.
All I can say to that is “Thank God there isn’t, then…”
When I was a kid, my dad drank PBR. Then he discovered that he could get Old Milwaukee cheaper. Then Milwaukee’s Best turned out to be even cheaper than that. Anyway, I still associate PBR with him and drink it in remembrance of him on occasion. I kinda like it.
