The two on the left are “X-Files” and “Religious Cult” The upper-right is “That 70s show”, and the lower right is “hospital”. Not sure how that all fits together, though.
Also, it looks like, now that we have all of the meta-clues, any further blanks are irrelevant to winning.

OK. The X-Files episode that deals with a religious cult is titled “Red Museum”. So that would seem to be the ‘red’ part. I’ve typed that in - nothing. That '70s Show was set in Wisconsin. Is there a hospital museum in Wisconsin?

Wouldn’t it be neat if there were a ton more boxes in the blank areas, but they just haven’t opened yet? It’d be amazing if they had a particularly hard clue in some obscure corner that opened up the second half of clues.

You have to solve all the clues before the getting to the meta-puzzle, not just the yellow ones.
Maybe, but that’s contrary to what the hints say. According to the hints, once all the yellow clues are in place, any guess you type in can count towards the meta-puzzle or the unfilled blocks.
