Online libertarian purity test: I'm "soft-core"

I took the Libertarian Purity Test and scored a 21. That means that I’m “a soft-core libertarian. With effort, * may harden and become pure.” Neat. How’d you score?

I got a 28…though seeing as all the questions had only two choices, and given the way they were worded, I often had to pick a choice I didn’t really want in the form it was written, but kinda distorted a little, so I came off more so than I really am.

Did that sentance make any sense?

Only 16. Still soft-core.

11! I’m more libertarian than I’d hoped.

Got a 39! Come give me a kiss, Lib!

I got a 14.

WTF? I took the quiz at http://www.self-gov.org/quiz.html and I’m on the border of centrist and authoritarian, and I’m left of central! I’ve always considered myself pretty conservative, but it looks like I’m just confused.

Wow shit, that’s a lot higher than I expected when taking the test.

I’m a medium-core (score 63), though I think a lot of the questions are not very fair.

OMG, I got an 83. Who knew? I just thought I was kind of an average person who thought government had gotten too big.

24 here.

Soft core libertarian… hmmmm.

As noted above, and as with many such tests, the wording of the questions and the limited range of answers are such that my true opinions were not expressable, and I bailed mid-way.

While I tend to describe myself as politically conservative, I’ve been told on this board that I sound more Libertarian. I did read Reason for a while.
P.S. Hey there, as_u_wish! Where’ve ya been?

104 - just biding my time 'til the revolution

I got a 16.

I got 107. Wow.

  1. About what I expected.

I think that govenment should be seriously reduced (but still maintain control of roads/highways/police/fire/courts etc. )

  1. Amazing. I am getting less Libertarian as I age.

Haj

30 here. Down from 50+ when I took the test nine months ago.

Err…um…I scored a 5.
