I think Imelda Staunton looks JUST LIKE Delores Umbridge - at least the one in my mind’s eye.
Where are you getting the picture? I didn’t see one in the story. I just checked her imdb page, and of course they have a glamour shot.
She’s got the curly hair. A bit of makeup and a hairbow will do wonders.
I always thought Umbridge was an older woman, in her 60s or so. And quite frankly, one of the most evil teachers ever in fiction.

Natalia Tena was Ellie in About a Boy. I always pictured Tonks as stringier, personally, but she’s a good actress and it should be interesting to watch.

She’s a fabulous actress (my favorite role of hers is Bunty, the Amazon hen from Chicken Run). And heaven forbid that I should step outside of my southern gentleman persona and say anything negative about a lady’s appearance…but Ms. Staunton has not aged gracefully since her turn as Margaret in Much Ado About Nothing, a mere 13 years ago. It’s extremely easy for me to imagine her as Umbridge.
