No. A cleric’s Rebuke/Command Undead ability doesn’t say they get a save, so they don’t get a save. You say jump, they jump. You say eat each other, they eat each other.
That’s the thing about working for Team Evil. Good benefits, but they’re an “at will” employer and the severance sucks.
At least they let her fellow employees throw her a farewell lunch.

Not that it was ever in doubt, but this pretty much guarantees that the MitD will execute Xykon’s fail-safe order, somewhere way down the line. Chekov’s Gun from early on, but this reinforces the inevitability of betrayal.
