Oregon Dopers: Crazy Norwegian grilled crab sandwich (NAF)

Need answer fast, since I’m making crab sandwiches for dinner.

The Crazy Norwegian in Port Orford has a really good grilled crab sandwich. But it’s been about five years since I had it. How is it actually made? I have sourdough bread, 8 oz. canned crab, Swiss cheese, tartar sauce, mayonnaise, a lemon, lettuce, and tomatoes. I think it’s crab mixed with tartar sauce, topped with Swiss cheese, and grilled. Or maybe it’s not mixed with tartar sauce, and there’s a layer of it somewhere. I don’t recall lettuce or tomatoes, but I have them. (I was thinking of crab salad with lettuce and tomato on baguette.)

Anyone who’s been to The Crazy Norwegian and who knows this sandwich, please let me know how they make it!
