I have a lot of favorites folders and a backlog of things needing to be filed away. I usually go into the control panel and access Organize Favorites from the top bar there because the display is easier to work with. The problem is I’m only getting a blank screen now when I access favorites that way. This has happened recently so it’s not just a one time deal. My favorites are still there if I access through the browser, but not as easy to file through there. Why is the favorites screen blank?
I have Windows XP, and can access Favorites through an IE window, either by clicking on the star icon or clicking on “Favorites” above. But when click on My Computer and click on Favorites, it pops up a blank screen. In the past, it would display the Favorites without a popup, and I could organize my Favorites much easier there than doing so through an IE window.
