I have spent the last three weeks folding Origami at work. I’ve made a Bat, a Cobra, an Elephant, some cool tessalations and a whole bunch of great stuff from some otherwise boring squares of paper!
Now if THAT isn’t Mundane Pointless Stuff I don’t know what is!
Also i would like to appologize to everyone (especially Maximum Overdrive, since he made such a fuss!) for putting up that Q33 post in MPSIMS, I’m sure there was a better forum for it!
Well I agree with you there…that is pretty mundane. 
But hey, I’ve seen some pretty impressive stuff made in Origami, I just can’t seem to get the hang of it.

Hey, cool! Origami! Oh, that reminds me…This friend of mine who waitresses told me once that the coolest tip she ever got was folded into a swan (I think, this was a long time ago). She kept it for almost a month before unfolding it and spending it. I wish I knew how, I’d leave tipigami all the time.
I do this sometimes, 'cept all I know how to make is a frog. But he really jumps! so it’s cool. Good to know that at least some wait-people dig this; I’ve been kinda nervous about unintentionally pissing people off by fucking with their money.
In an episode of a favorite cartoon, Earthworm Jim, they make an origami missle and blow up a spaceship with it.

A friend of mine once made an origami swan for me using a wrapper from a piece of Starburst candy. It’s one of the neatest little things I’ve ever seen.

I once had a book that showed you how to make hundreds of diffrent oragami things.
I only remember how to make a ring out of a dollarbill. Sometimes I’ll try to fool around with it, and get so close to making some of the other things, but eventually I’ll have something like a swan without a head or neck, and just squish it out of frustration.
