Origin of 'I have been sent here to destroy you.'

Dopers seem to have a great enthusiasm for finding the origin or first use of a phrase, so here you are:

I said ‘I have been sent here to destroy you’ today, because that line in Eminem’s ‘The Real Slim Shady’ always stood out to me for some reason. I assumed that it was ripped from somthing else, maybe a movie, but some Googling didn’t turn up anything.

Halp.

Don’t know, but the old series Lost in Space had an episode with a Super Killer android called IDAK, Instant Destroyer And Killer.

He was sent to; Crush, Kill, Destroy.

Bill Cosby has an old routine where he tells his son Ennis, “Your mother sent me here to kill you.”

It’s less funny now.
