Origin of "I'm not your friend, buddy"?

“I’m not your friend, buddy!”
“I’m not your buddy, guy!”
“I’m not you guy, pal!”

It seems that the South Park episode “Canada on Strike” made this exchange popular, but it was also used in Oceans Eleven several years earlier. They way the two characters play that scene seems to suggest they are referencing something else. Is that where it got started, or was Ocean’s Eleven copying someone?

Dane Cook also has a similar exchange in one of his bits…GAYLORD!

It reminds me of John Travolta’s exchange with Bruce Willis in Pulp Fiction:

“I’m not your friend, Punchy.”
