So the local hard rock radio station I listen to plays these sound bites from time to time, just banal and maybe once-funny clips from pop culture. Like, one is Hermie from Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer saying “who cares what other people think, we are who we are” (at least, that’s where I think it comes from).
One I can’t source sounds like a sneering, evil villain, a la Bloefeld or Goldfinger, saying “when I flip that switch the noise will become excruciating.” And he/she says it in a tone that is positively dripping with malicious glee.
