There are many ways to explain this one, one of the easiest,one to scripturally support is that man and women are different, and God means exactly what He says:
Adam (man) only gets the death sentence from God, woman does not:
19 By the sweat of your brow
you will eat your food
until you return to the ground,
since from it you were taken;
** for dust you are
and to dust you will return.**"
Eve gets no such curse. And she is called mother of the living (Gen 3:20)
The reason IMHO is:
And Adam was not the one deceived; it was the woman who was deceived and became a sinner.
The sins of Adam and Eve are very different, Eve was deceived following Satan’s path, Adam knowingly disobeyed created his own path. Big difference. Eve’s curses are set in place to help guide her. Adam must die for his sin (which I take as enter Sheol), as only Adam has become his own God (creating his own reality, outside the way God established or Satan, he made his own way to be with Eve)
Woman’s conditions of salvation is:
But women will be saved through childbearing—if they continue in faith, love and holiness with propriety.
Men are charged to overcome (see Rev 2,3) for their heavenly reward.
Men only are given the knowledge of good and evil :
And the LORD God said, “The man has now become like one of us, knowing good and evil. He must not be allowed to reach out his hand and take also from the tree of life and eat, and live forever.”
This is the basis of all the gender differences in scripture. In short men must die for Christ, women must give life for Christ.
If this means when women die they are taken directly to Jesus I’m not sure, but the 120 year limit is placed on man, not woman, and you may think it is a nitpick, but as shown above God means exactly what he says in regards to gender issues.
