Im sorry. I suggest doing some of your own research. It wouldn’t be the first time that a cop tried to enforce something that is NOT the law; especially in a probably lesser known area like this.
Is there no higher authority you can appeal to beyond some cop who has an opinion? A cop isn’t a lawyer.
