Outcome of relatively recent lawsuit

Recently, there was a lawsuit wherein a man and woman sued a restaurant for not letting them eat all they wanted to at a buffet. There was a discussion around here, but the search fails me. I’m wondering what the outcome was, if it’s even been to trial yet.

Basically, what happened was these two people were at a buffet and ate all the roast beef. The restaurant asked them to leave and they finally sued.

These guys? If so, happily they did not sue. They just complained in a way that got press.

Should buffets automatically be considered “all you can eat” situations?

Only 12 slices of roast beef and the wanted more?
Either **the slices were small **or they were eating like pigs!
I observed a family of four at XXXX all you can eat restaurant. The made at least four trips to the serving stations and loaded up a full meal each time. The gave new meaning to “Eating like it was going out of style tomorrow.”
