I have MS Outlook so I can sync to my MS Window Mobile 6 phone. I don’t use it for email. On my laptop, I want to see additional information when I bring up a Contact. Can I do that? In particular, the “Details” page is half empty. Can I add additional fields to that? How?
What version of Outlook? When I sync to my Mobile 5 device I can see almost the same fields as in full Outlook.
By “half full” (let’s think positively here) do you mean that the page is half filled with fields and the rest is utterly blank, or that only half of the fields have data? When I open the Details tab in Outlook 2003, I see the following fields:
Department
Office
Profession
Manager’s name
Assistant’s name
Nickname
Title
Suffix
Spouse’s name
Birthday
Anniversary
Online NetMeeting settings:
Directory server
Email alias
Internet free-busy:
address
Are you saying that you don’t see this on your laptop?
