Outlook Express 6 problems

It’s one of those weeks. Broke my GPS on the way to a funeral only to find out I have another funeral to go to. Got home and my email stopped sending. It receives OK and I can send remotely through yahoo. Outlook Express works fine on my desktop. It just won’t send with my laptop. Nothing happens, it just stares at me. No error messages. I checked all the settings and none of them have changed. I tried downloading OE6 and it said I have a later version of something and it couldn’t load.

What are my options so that I don’t lose the emails I have now?

If you have Comcast, just call their hotline and tell them the problem. Should take them about 5 minutes to set things to right.

I usually have to do this about twice a year. Unfortunately I don’t write down the steps required to fix things as it’s so easy to call their hotline. Honest!
