What constitutes parental kidnapping? If one parent moves out of state with a child, with the other parent’s knowledge beforehand, and the absent parent is kept aware of the child’s whereabouts, would this constitute parental kidnapping? Assume there is no custodial court order in this scenario.
My daugher has a term paper due. She has to interview three people about custodial kidnapping. It could be attorneys, casa volunteers, victims or clergy. I need help! It would only be 10 questions.
