It’s a surprisingly witty little parody. Not only that but Paris actually sounds intelligent when talking about energy policy. Bravo. Who knew the girl had it in her. This can’t be good for McCain. When you get pwned by Paris Hilton, that’s got to smart.
I like it! Good for her. This is one of the first times she didn’t annoy me.
Wow, I never thought I would ever have anything good to say about Paris Hilton, but she did a nice job of punking McCain right back. I guess being a professional rich bitch does hone those quick comeback skills.

I’m under no illusions she came up with all that on her own. I still think she’s goofy, rich, and stupid. None of those preclude the ability to be funny if you have a good writer.
That said, if Obama had used her without her permission in an ad, and she ran something similar punking him, it probably would’ve been just as funny (probably, because he’s notoriously hard to make fun of, while you can hang a hat on ‘old’ for McCain). But he didn’t, so she didn’t.
Does this remind anyone else of the minor kerfuffle when a girl from stock footage used in a Hillary ad announced she was an Obama supporter?
Of course it’s tacky, a lot of good humor is. She gets crap here and ok, everywhere for being goofy rich - but stupid? I dunno, a rich girl with no appreciable actual talen that’s made millions just being herself and getting famous for it? Stupid people can’t do that - there has to be something in that head.
People may not like how she applies her (I can’t believe I’m going to say this) intelligence, but you’d be fooled to deny it.

I know what you mean! I just saw this myself at Yahoo and came here to see if there was a thread about it yet. I can’t believe I’m actually applauding something Paris Hilton did. And the Yahoo story even ran a decent picture of her with the story, eyes wide open!
McCain’s people are idiots. You don’t mess with someone who has, for some unknown reason, millions of fans.
