An 82 year old woman was ticketed for doing 110 miles per hour! And her main concern was that she was making a safe pass.

Oh, and the basic rule mentioned in the article means driving at a speed appropriate for road conditions.

That section of Powell/Highway 26 is two lanes and goes through all kinds of residential neighborhoods. 110 MPH on city streets is incredibly dangerous!
