Take a teaspoon of Thai tom yam paste: mix in well with a cup of acidophilus yoghurt {if you can’t get acidophilus, any unsweetened yoghurt will do}. Dip, and enjoy - you can eat brillo pads with enough of this stuff. So, share your dipping sauce {or any other quick and easy} recipes.
Here’s a simple and easy recipe, fairly popular in the dorms here:
Cook a packet of ramen noodles normally, then drop an egg (well, sans shell) on top of the noodles. Cook until the egg looks done, mash it up and stir around, then put on the flavoring sauce.
I’ve thought experimenting with ramen in other ways, perhaps by sprinkling cheese on it while cooking or putting in some butter or tossing some hot sauce in. (I usually add a generous serving of Arizona Gunslinger or El Yucateco to my ramen after cooking it (my last GF used to say I might as well just drink the stuff straight for as much as I add to most of the meals I eat); I’m not sure how well it’d work to put it in while cooking.)

Very good. I also add in any fresh veggies that I may have on hand. Spinach is especially good. A little tofu can be a good protein source as well.
I like to bake chicken breast in a shallow pan with a healthy amount of butter and 1-2 cups of hot sauce. Chop chicken and pour sauce over rice. Good and incapacitating. Instant boneless buffalo wing
About six months ago, I went to a Doper wedding in Alabama and while there, went to a local chain restaraunt with one of the other guests, another Doper. While waiting on our food, we talked a bit and she told me that her ex used to work in one of these restaraunts and mentioned that the sauce was really good and told me what was in it.
Fast-forward four months later and I’m cooking some fries and suddenly remember the sauce we had and then tried to recreate it. Not remembering the exact recipe but having a general idea, I mixed mayonnaise, worcestershire sauce, creamy horseradish sauce, and ketchup.
It was okay but not as good as I remembered the real stuff to be so the next time, I substituted mustard for the ketchup and while it still wasn’t as good as the original, was quite tasty.
I love it on fries, burgers, hot dogs, and similar foods.
I also mix mayo, dry mustard, honey, and a bit of hot paprika to make a very good honey mustard like dip or spread for anything chicken related.

Pretty damn authentic Cantonese piquante dipping sauce:
1 tsp shoyu soy sauce
1 tsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp Tabasco sauce
Mix together and that’s it. Simple and delicious. Great with all manner of Chinese delicacies - fried won ton, sesame-prawn toast, ribs, etc.
