For those of us who need a little more information.
Can’t believe it’s been 5 years. I remember seeing CH at an in-store show in San Francisco in the early 90s. The idea that Paul killed himself just doesn’t jibe with the guy I saw playing the drums that day. He seemed so happy-go-lucky. What a sad thing.
I did like the last CH album, with the new drummer (I can’t even remember his name; goes to show how much less a contributor he is, I guess), but there was definitely a different vibe to it that I can only attribute to Hester not being part of the band.
