Since dead people can now come out I will keep a watchful eye for invitations to Miscarriage Gender Reveal Parties.

This is a kinda gross thread shit. Please, no one responded to this off-topic post.
In the documentary, Sam Kinison is shown speaking about the incident, and his “holier than thou” attitude about it was laughable. Sam was well known for coke-fueled orgies and debauchery on Caligula-like levels.
He showed up in 30 Rock and STOLE THE SHOW.
Paul Reubens steals the show on 30 Rock
Oh my god that’s genius. Thank you- I needed that !
It’s always vaguely horrific to see a character subsume the actual human. Kudos to Pau Rubens for, in the aggregate, finding a way to manage it.
To a lesser degree but a fair analogy, both Henry Winkler and Leonard Nimoy had to deal with this.
I don’t really think it was on the same level.
Maybe George Reeves as Superman would be closer. He did personal appearances and was on other shows as Superman. Though that wasn’t really Reeves’ choice.
Reubens was appearing on Letterman and hosted SNL as Pee Wee. Even most of his other performances are fairly abrasive, in the Pee Wee mode I suppose, but not the sort of characters that encourage a lot of audience ID.
By the time of his big incident his kid’s show was done anyway, he probably was fairly boxed in and felt it.
I wonder where his pop-culture collection ended up. Except for the more risque items, it looked like it would’ve made a really neat museum.
He must have been on more than once, because they showed a clip with a different “date.” He won in the episode in documentary.
He embraced it, tho. He chose it. He preferred it, at the time.
Uh, and he loved Dottie!
Was Dottie the one with the big but?
Dottie was played by E. G. Daily on Pee-Wee’s Big Adventure.
Daily might be best known as the voice of Tommy Pickles on Rugrats.
That was Simone.
I think of her more as the voice of Powerpuff Girl Buttercup.
She’s Babe. That’s the role that matters.
Lynn Marie Stewart played Miss Yvonne on the playhouse and Charlie Kelly’s mother on It’s Always Sunny. She passed away in February of this year.
Paul Reubens was also excellent in the Buffy movie.
