What blog sites offer a premium account that allows extra features? I at least know about livejournal and deadjournal, but are there any other popular ones out there? Do they accept credit cards or paypal only?
That seems to be the biggest “pay” blogging site. It would actually be just as inexpensive to get a standard host that allows PHP/mySQL and install WordPress or something similar. If you’ve got the experience/motivation for such a thing. The ease of use for TypePad is good, though.
