pdf question-nothing found in search

A multi page document is scanned, and each page is saved as an individual .pdf-is there a way using Adobe Reader 7.0 to combine the scanned pages into one .pdf for saving or uploading to another site? Many thanks.

I don’t think you can do it in regular Acrobat Reader.

I think you’ll need to get access to a copy of Acrobat Pro, which has a button allowing you to take multiple pdf files and combine them in one large document.

There are some freeware and shareware pdf makers out there (Google for them), and one of them might do what you need.

How many individual documents do you want to combine? If it’s few enough to make for easy emailing, i’d be happy to do it for you. I have Acrobat Pro on my computer.

**mhendo ** is correct. Reader won’t let you do anything to a PDF besides save a copy. Pro will let you do Document->Insert Pages. Maybe this list will give you a starting point.

Are you doing the scanning? If you are, check your scanner documentation to see if you can make it one multi-paged document from the get-go.

Thanks for the informative responses, everyone. Acrobat Pro is on another machine to which I have access, so I’ll handle the task there.
