Prima, I hope you are a lady*. So, I oblige. If Reprise insists, I’ll add his line.
P.S. Your word will suffice, I require no credentials. Neither by Reprise.

I thought sex was third.
Are you telling me you feel certain with the expert answer you gave on palpating uteri, even after it cleared your rigorous self-debating mechanisms?
If you would like to check my professional qualifications, such as they are, I would be happy to follow through.
Thanks peace, since you’re being so accommodating, I insist.
BTW, my knowledge of uteri comes from direct experience - I happen to own one; hell, I’ve even used it for its intended purpose a few times.
I am a female peace. You remain a wanker.
Am I the only who’s noticed peace’s writing skills seem to change drastically from post to post? Methinks said wanker is pretending on that issue also!
I can, and am more than willing to, produce my New Mexico Emergency Medical Tech. Intermediate license, as well as my enrollment in the Paramedic program at the University of New Mexico’s School of Medicine: Emergency Medical Services Academy.
Indeed. I noticed it too. And it’s not simply from using unattributed quotes (which he has done).
Very interesting …
Why do you care if I am a lady or not? My word about what?
I like the quote I used better than the quote Reprise suggested.
How about:
Worthless piece of shit, and a liar to boot?
Just noticed the pun in there, how about that?
Anyone not think this is true now?
OK, I will incorporate the Primaflora line into my signature. I like it more then Reprise’s, it’s more to the point. After all, the signature can be changed later, if the teeming millions request. In all my respect, I have to decide against Major’s version, as I am afraid it will constitute personal insult and, therefore, overuled by the mods. I will, indeed, put in in my “Biography”.
I asked Prima about the sex (gender) only because I have a weak spot for women. I know how to tell the sex difference in life, I have no idea of how to tell it on a MB, but then I am computer-uneducated in general (if you noticed from my other threads).
Thank you for the complements (on English). I try. There is hope.
Whoever wants to produce their credentials here is free to do so, of course. But:
It should read “good mannered” on the last line.
I’ll let the people with O&G training on this board address your statements re palpating uteri, and I’ll let my gynaecologist know your opinion that only an enlarged uterus can be palpated; I’m sure that this will be a revelation to him.
No matter how much you or the various police forces through out the world want it to be so, it is simply not possible to determine the race of a person from hair or blood samples alone. Forensic science (there is no such thing as “forensics” - forensic is a word which loosely means “of the law”, thus the wigs worn in courts by barristers here are “forensic” wigs) uses broad and arbitrary categories for convenience. Forensic scientists extract concrete evidence, but the conclusions they draw from that evidence are a professional assessment of likelihoods and probabilities. It may well be that a certain type of hair is more likely to have come from a person of a certain ethnicity, or that a certain genetic anomaly is more common among people having certain other characteristics than people not having those characteristics, but a likelihood or probability - no matter how strong - is still not a FACT.
If you want to start a thread about the usefulness of forensic science and its limitations, I’m sure that my son and some of the other scientists on the board wil be more than pleased to explain to the TM the differences between forensic science as portrayed in “Quincy, ME” and the application of forensic science in real life. The pit, however, is not the appropriate forum for such questions.
[complete and total hijack] I would love to see a thread like this. Can your son start one?[/complete and total hijack]
Reprise, I know that you personally will respect me more after firm NO from your gynecologist, but do me a favor: prominently post the response here. Next to her credentials. S/he does not have to palpate your sweet uterus or any uterus in order to answer the question, so maybe you can you call her or fax your question. TIA.
You are absolutely right about the
non-IDed body. I never said anything different. Hair sample alone can give police enough info about probable racial background. If they run ~10 blood markers (HLA types, blood groups/subgroups antigens, etc.), they may narrow the search to a specific community, e.g. African from East Coast/ South A., Nile valley, SEAsia, etc. The “circle” could be brought to 99.9% probality. Damn good! Nothing amusing.
Ask your son what is known about “brain fingerprinting”. I do not know the possible name in Australia it is marketed under. I mean a new neuropsychological technic of EEG analysis using different brain stimuli, used experimentally to determine innocence/guilt of a pupative criminal. I am very interested. If you tell us that you have any info, I’d open a new thread.
How is my new sig?

I want to know how he was able to commit those crimes while encased in that cocoon!
goes to show you, Tom- never trust a bug. Them bugs are wily sneaky mofos who’d shoot you in the back just to watch you die (and then later feed on your bloated carcass)
Peace, you’re a fucking bold bastard, I asked you for a motherfucking cite --the real thing not some handwaving-- for these bald faced claims multiple times.
Nada FUCKING NADA. So SHUT THE FUCK UP OR BACK IT UP.
Lying fucking Asshole.
Col, below are the links to some sites which show that HLA markers are different in different populations. It took me about 15’ to find them. I am sure that you can find more if you invest into the search as much resources as you invested in badmouthing me.
Keep in mind that I am satisfied with my reputation in general. Making an impression on you or anyone else here will not bring me any additional benefits. Of course, I can make an occasional mistake, perhaps, in this case ~10 HLA markers will not result in exactly 99.9% probability, only in 99.1% :), but this is beyond the point. In the future, look for references yourself, you do not need spoonfeeding.

On the surface of many human cells is an inherited set of genetic markers called “human leukocyte antigens” (HLA). Like a fingerprint, no two persons’ set of HLA markers are exactly alike (except for identical twins). The T-cells use these HLA

HLA disease association and protection in HIV infection among African Americans and Caucasians.

Abstract: In a previous investigation, we demonstrated an increased progression of overt AIDS in the African American population compared to the Caucasian population as reflected
by the significantly lower absolute number of CD4+ lymphocytes detected in the African American population
in an earlier study. The present study elucidates some of the possible genetic factors which may contribute to disease association or protection against HIV infection. The HLA phenotypes expressed as A, B, C, DR and DQw antigens were revealed by the Amos-modified typing procedure. NIH scoring was utilized to designate positive cells taking up trypan blue. A test of proportion equivalent to the chi 2 approximation was used to compare the disease population (n = 62; 38 African Americans, 24 Caucasians) to race-matched normal heterosexual local controls (323 African Americans, 412 Caucasians). Significant p values were corrected for the number of HLA antigens tested. HLA markers associated with possible protection from infection for African Americans were Cw4 and DRw6, whereas Caucasians expressed none.
