Pencil-Tip Dry Erase Markers?

Is there such an animal?

I use a form on my job for patient assessment which I want to cut into square segments , have laminated and put on a ring to carry with me in the ER. This will save me time in that I can assess a patient that may be admitted to the hospital while they are still in ER.

The pen/marker needs to be fine enough to write on the laminate and stay until I wipe it off later.

I have seen bullet, chisel and fine-tip markers on the net, but I really need one that acts like a pen or pencil. I know of the existence of grease pencils and perhaps those would be what I would need to use, but I didn’t know how quickly I could wipe it off the laminate.

Has anyone ever used a marker for such a purpose and do you have any advice?

Thanks,

Quasi
