You know, that seems like it would affect it – until 2006, daylight Time ended on the last Sunday in October – but I remember decades of listening to the TV – and ONLY the TV – going on and on about new shows “at 8:00 [or whenever] Eastern Standard Time.” Maybe they move them around during the initial sweeps period and then standardize the schedule after Standard Time returns? Maybe they think their viewers can’t handle Daylight Time and so they stick to the one the show will be showing in once it’s established? I dunno.
I say we go for all the time Daylight Saving, and just start school one hour later.
