Does Cecil Adams’ “Perfect Master” title allow him to function as a Mod/Admin? If he stumbled across a thread title that said “Cecil Adams is teh L4Z0R!!!1”, could he delete it?
I’m sure all he has to do is glare at the offending post . . . that’s sufficient.

I dunno. I can’t see Cecil being to peeved at being called a laser. 
Nothing happens on this board without the consent and will of the great Cecil Adams. If someone were to even desire to post something against His will or consent, he/she would find him/herself unable to do so.
