I thought Pib and Dru were separate again, but it appears they are still occupying the same body. It’s kind of hard to pay attention since it moves so slowly; what gives?
Pib takes over whenever Dru gets KOed. I believe them being shown as separate bodies represents the individual minds, Dru being the dominant one.
Since at least part of the world seems to be, well, virtual (magical? or is that even a meaningful distinction?), it is fairly difficult for this reader to figure out 'zackly just what’s going on. Erm, how much do you suppose Pib got to experience that last happening with the dark demon? (Rather than spoiler it, I’ll just say it was squicky.) Enough, I imagine, which is why she was pretty quick to try to pass it off to Drusilla as being somebody else’s dream.
The Dark Demon being the Evil Queen with glasses of dubious heritage?
I think Drusilla is merely pissed off. 
Probably the dark demon that was biting/screwing Dru in mid air while Pib was talking to the queen.
While Dru was unconscious, leaving Pib in charge of the body.
