I don’t know about you, but it seems extremely reasonable to me that more people are more pissed off at a president who went to war over false reasons, than over murder allegations no reasonable person would believe or a possibly shady land deal that didn’t kill anybody.
Hell, I guess I’m such a whacko liberal pinko fuck that I think going to war over false pretenses is even worse than lying under oath in a sexual harrassment trial. YMMV, I guess.
Nah, don’t blame astorian for that; it’s a fair cop.
I was feeling a bit ornery when I wrote that message, and in retrospect, I should have resisted the temptation. But it was a Friday afternoon, the sun was shining, the clouds were fluffy, and I just couldn’t resist the temptation…
For penance, I’ll force myself to read three posts from Brutus without projectile-vomiting.
Oh God, lets hope the streams don’t cross - if the Infinite Bitching Project[sup]TM[/sup] ever came into contact with the Endless Sea of Kitty Cuteness[sup]TM[/sup] who knows what terrible energy would be released.
My writings are frequently used for religious purposes. The only request I make is that you don’t pull a Koresh. (Too embarassing to go through that again!)
Fine, people can say almost whatever they want here. Fine, people can be pissed off. That doesn’t mean I have to like the attitude that voting for Bush is voting for the inevitable destruction of democracy and the Western world, and that a Bush reelection means a thousand years of darkness that all right-thinking people must flee from, lest staying to fight engulf their souls in misery and despair. And, even if I don’t open such threads, hat doesn’t mean I have to be happy when I see thread titles like “Bush: Evil or Stupid?”, “When will a Bush reelection destroy the world?”, “How will Bush steal the 2004 election?”, and “Is Bush the Biblical Antichrist?” over and over and OVER again, ESPECIALLY on GD.
