Well that is absolutely a fact, no question there.

So let me ask others…please look at the following and tell me why you believe it, if you do.

And the police arrived mere seconds after he’d stood up, finding Martin with his hands under him, dead.
GZ is telling a whopper, starting with the insane assertion that after taking aim, pointing the pistol directly at the middle of Trayvon’s chest when he was sitting on GZ’s torso, and firing, he didn’t think he’d hit him. [Cue Seth Meyers and Amy Pohler: Really!!?!] Then he still didn’t think he’d hit him when Trayvon spontaneously fell over onto his face… :dubious: He climbed on his back and spread his arms out…but Martin was found with his arms under him. 
Clearly he did climb onto Martin’s back, people saw him there. And clearly, if he admitted knowing that he’d blown a hole in the kid’s chest it would make him look like a real fucking bastard to climb on the back of a kid with a mortal wound in his chest. Admitting knowing the kid was mortally wounded would mean he couldn’t sell that he had to “restrain” him. And of course, how do you explain telling a neighbor not to call 911, the police are already on their way, when there’s a kid with a mortal wound in his chest who obviously needs medical assistance?
So this lifeless body was beating the life out of GZ seconds before, forcing GZ to shoot him, but GZ thought he missed… yet he was limp, unresistant, and totally at GZ’s mercy all of a sudden anyway? Because…? Because GZ is actually a moron who needs to be institutionalized due to his lack of the most basic mental functioning needed to be part of society? Or because GZ is lying as fast as he can?

I am sick of people buttressing their arguments with oh-so-confident “predictions” that they lack the gumption to stand behind in any meaningful way.

As a 9-1-1 supervisor I try to convey the importance to my staff that we need location information for an incident. An address is one way of providing location information, but it is not the only way.
Zimmerman provided location information using landmarks. This is a type of location information that is very commonly used when a caller does not know the address.
The dispatcher, IMHO, should not have continued to ask for an address. He already had adequate location information.

Just as crooked businesses keep two sets of books, partisan hacks (who are mostly leftards) have two sets of beliefs. One set to trumpet in order to demonstrate their moral superiority and one set to follow when significant personal interests are at stake. Challenging someone to a wager is often a good way to demonstrate the contradiction.
Of course showing someone that their beliefs are contradictory usually results in cognitive dissonance which usually results in an emotional response.

Someone posted a link that said an autopsy report said Martin was only 5’11’'. I assumed everyone thus far read it. My mistake. Also, heterosexual male here, unless that was yet another mature “you’re gay” jab!
I didn’t miss it. I’m not getting what you see in those pictures that makes you think he wasn’t 5’11".
I’ve seen myself in enough photos next to a lot of people who are average, and being 5’11 myself, I know a height discrepancy when I see it. If that isn’t enough, dudes as tall as the goddamn horse. He’s got a solid foot over almost everyone else, and a good 4 inches on the fridge. I do none of those things, and I’m (gonna have to take my word) 5’11’.
I’m the same height as my fridge, 5’7". Average height for a woman, short in a lineup with my siblings. But at work I tower over people.
