You’ve posted a bunch of quotes and said “These are bad!” You offered zero analysis or explanation of why they’re bad, or what exactly you disagree with. And I can’t be arsed to try to figure it out myself. I’ve got shit to do.
I feel sorry for Qin. Has he ever started a Pit thread that didn’t immediately turn into an endless chorus of either “There’s nothing pitworthy here” or “Obvious pit subject is obvious. Next up: Hitler was bad.”? He gets it in the neck for either pitting someone with weak justification or for pitting them with overly strong justification.

Actually, there are only two sides: Qin’s, (the disjointed, unconsidered, Right-leaning bumper sticker slogans that he posts as opinion), and everyone else’s, (ranging from Right-Wing nutters through the middle to Left wing nutters), that have at least a minimum level of though behind them. 
Other than the economics thing and the Hitler comparison, those are all true statements that I agree with

@OP: Even though a few of those are pretty bad, and indeed examples of leftist partisanship at their finest, at the very least the amoeba one had me puzzling. On a purely scientific scale, it’s completely accurate. What’s more, you didn’t go to the trouble of explaining why these things are objectionable; you just point them out and expect everyone to understand what’s wrong with them. Note that I’m not criticizing the content of the pit; I’m just saying, you could work on your form quite a bit. I give it a C-.

I Actually even agree with the Hitler comparison. He was just saying that like Hitler, Gingrich was riding a wave of dissatisfaction and anger against the status quo, not that Hitler and Gingrich are equivalent. Parable actually states that he’s not saying Gingrich=Hitler. The comment about the difference being that Hitler has charisma I take as a quick humorous jab, not meant to be actually taken seriously.

We are not all “equally meaningless”. I am far more meaningless than most people I know. I work hard at it every day. It takes time and effort to post pages and pages of dog pictures and ruminations regarding the merits of bacon on facebook, but I do it, damnit! Why? Because it’s not even remotely important and somebody doesn’t have to do it. I will not stand idly by in a society that refuses to do what doesn’t need to be done. Nay, I will take up the mantle of futility and raise the flag of insignificance to do that inconsequential thing when most others lack the courage.
