Everyone seemed to have a good time, regardless of the Canada geese and the land mines.
Lots of geese, but at least they were friendly.
It was nice getting to meet everyone. Very amusing that Isosleepy’s accent slowly got thicker throughout the evening. Must’ve been the beer talking.
Sam thanks for showing up. Sorry that you had to drive so far and only got to stay for a few hours. Next time I’ll make sure we’ve got some lights.

All in all, it was a good time. The food took a little while to cook, and the geese sometimes appeared as though they wanted to join us.
At some point, I’m sure someone will come in with the list of posters mentioned, but at work, I don’t have that kind of time. There were a LOT.
There was mention of getting together again in the fall. Very preliminary, but North Park is a great place to get together. If more concrete plans come about, there’ll be a thread.

We need to find a place with an electric outlet- we can have a LOT more food if we can cook a little and use crockpots.
Keep in touch with me and we can get the plans moving. This time we need to get a few more Dopers to show up- not just the 'burghers.
