This btw is my order. I’m not sure why muther-fucker tops hell in level of pain but I would describe the most intense pain in that manner. I would also use this order for emotional pain as well so if you would use a different order for emotionl vs physical pain please let us know.

I don’t think I’ve ever said “hurts like shit”, and I rarely say “hurts like a motherfucker”. “…like hell” and “…like a bitch” are probably the ones I use most.
I never think something “hurts like shit”. It just doesn’t sound right.
OTOH, mental pain feels like shit. I rarely feel like “hell”. “a son of a bitch” or a “mother fucker”, more often I feel like “shit”.

It seems that people seem mostly indicate that either ‘son-of-a-bitch’ or mutherfucker as the most intense. While some people putting the son after the mother. This can’t be correct as the sequeal is never as good as the original.
