I don’t get this. He’s making fun of the comic for exactly what it is, a place where you must have an esoteric level of knowledge to get the joke. It would be a like a critic of Star Trek making fun of treking through the stars.

oops. I didn’t specify that I was referring to the movie. What I mean is, you can make fun of the entire concept for that, if you really hate the franchise. But to make fun of an individual [del]episode[/del] strip for being [del]StarTrek[/del] xkcd seems stupid.
