Not in the card game, he’s not. He’s one of the ass-kickingest Pokemon there is. (Oops, I mean “butt-kickingest”. I temporarily forgot there are minors present. :)) Tell ya what, Astroboy; you can have Blastoise, and I’ll take Mr. Mime, and we’ll see who wins.

OK, I’ve played the Pokemon card game a few times. And I noticed that the highly evolved Pokemon aren’t very useful, since they require tremendous amounts of energy. The basic Pokemon are much more easily used. Fast, speedy, and efficient.
And the kewlest Pokemon is, of course, Kabuto. Ya gotta love a trilobite Pokemon! Oh, and the one with the little baby, what’s the name, Kangaskhan? That one’s cool too.
To continue this hijack (since Bonzo’s probably in bed by now), it depends on your deck. It is possible (and in some cases, extremely effective) to base a deck on a highly evolved Pokemon. Just depends on your strategy. My favorite decks don’t rely on it heavily (well, except for one), but I’ve built good ones.
Kabuto? Cool looking, maybe, but he sucks. Take my word for it. Scyther. Definitely. Still the coolest one out there.

Did I mention I once did a costume contest as James from Team Rocket and my friend Rod dressed as Ash Ketchum and we did a skit where the two were having a wild, torrid homosexual affair?

I’ve never played the card game… I’m just going on the cartoon, which I catch about 2 or 3 times a week. My impression on Mr. Mime is that he’s only slightly less lame than REAL mimes!
Picachu is cool, though, as is Squirtle…
And here I was thinking Bonzo was out of affection for Led Zepplin. Oh well, there’s still time.

Okay, lessee here. When I played Pokemon Stadium 2, my fave team was Raichu, Machamp, Gengar, Aerodactyl, Typhlosion, and Omastar. We kicked some major butt, but had trouble against the team heavy on psychic types.
(I have the card game too, but not that many cards.)
