Please help identify 1970's TV show

I’d call it a mini-series, except that it was for kids and shown after school. It was five days of live-action comedy about “monsters”–Dracula, Frankenstein’s monster, etc. It didn’t have a continuing plot, just skits. They all hung out in a castle, and they recited something like a monster’s version of the Pledge of Allegiance. I saw it more than once, and it was probably shown during October, considering the subject matter. I grew up in New Jersey, if that helps.

Does this ring a bell with anyone?

which provides the “Pledge”

“I pledge by the sign of the three-toed sloth, to do my best, to do my duty. To always obey the laws of the werewolf pack. And to never rest, until Brucie lives once more, and takes his rightful place in the annals of distinguished monsters, and I can once again return to that most goriest of homelands…”

Yes, that’s it! Thanks, everyone.
