Please help me identify these 2 songs

Here is some hastily scribbled sheet music. Those of you who read music, can you identify these songs? I’ve typed clues onto the sheet
It’s been driving me crazy because I want to download them, but without correct titles, I’m lost.

The first one doesn’t ring any bells, but for the second could it be Lighthouse’s “One Fine Morning”?

One fine morning girl I wake up
wipe the sleep from my eyes
go outside and feel the sunshine
then I’ll know or realize (??)
that as long as you love me girl
we’ll flyyyy

Or something like that. (I don’t read music very well.)

it’s not One Fine Morning - but I just sampled that in the iTunes Store and I like it. I may get it also. The one I’m thinking of has no lyrics except for over those bass notes
Thanks for trying, tho.

>bump< in the hopes that some daytime person will know the answer

I was able to find the second song, the ‘brassy’ one - it’s The Horse by Cliff Nobles & Co.

If it helps at all, the first one is similar to but not nearly as frenetic as, Yakety Sax. The Muppet bit was two fur covered slinkies, one almost twice the size of the other. The large one was happily dancing away to the song, the little one kept trying to join in, but was always ‘shoo’d’ off by the bigger one. Finally at the end, one of them bazooka’d the other away (At first I thought the big one shot the little one, but the more I think about it, I think the little one shot the big one out of revenge)
Does that jog anyone’s memory? Please! I’m going cuckoo over this! I’ve sampled ever instrumental from the 50’s & 60’s that Amazon and iTunes has!

This is no help at all, but I immediately recognized it when you first posted this. I have no idea what the thing’s called, though! I have a vague feeling that it might have been used as a game show theme in the late '60s or early '70s. And yes, I definitely remember the Muppet routine you describe–probably something that I saw on Ed Sullivan or Red Skelton’s show.

We are printing it out and my wife will play it in a little while.
I’ll see if we can figure it out.

Jim

thank you

I’m sorry to report, that we have no idea.

Jim

Gave it to Mrs. Blue Sky who played it on the piano and I recognized it immediately:

“Java” - Al Hirt

You Have No Idea How Happy You Have Made Me!!!:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

Trivia time:

The original song was called “Love Is All Right” and was sung by Nobles (who was a vocalist only). The B-side (as was the norm in the 60’s) was just the instrumental version of the A-side (and in this case, Nobles does not appear). This was one of those cases where the DJs played the B-side by mistake. “The Horse”, as the instrumental was known, hit #2 for two weeks and went gold.
