Please help me identify this movie from a very specific scene

I was tackling this via a Facebook status plea, but I just remembered The Dope during one of my classes and couldn’t wait to get out, find a computer and ask away.

OK so here are the details I can remember:

[li]the movie came out in 2007 or 2008[/li][li]there is a scene involving a raid on a man’s house, and his wife and children play a very important role, although I can’t remember if they are spared for emotional impact, or killed for emotional impact[/li][li]a crazy Japanese chick, who is possibly the daughter of a possibly dead Japanese crime boss shoots or stabs an underling for failing to get her a Chef Salad with no blue cheese, and this possibly occurs in the showroom of a car dealership[/li][/ul]

Extremely obscure I know, but I know you guys can help!

I haven’t seen it, but War looks to be the answer…

How on Earth did you find that? That’s it! (I remember the gold horses) however, I would never in a million years have said I’ve seen a movie called War.

In other words, I don’t recommend this movie.
