I believe it is the commercial for Swiffer Jet and there is a blonde actress in a black dress and yellow slippers that cleans her entire house with a Swiffer Jet. She has kind of a sing-song tone of voice like 60’s era Goldie Hawn or Melody from the original Josie and the Pussycats.
I have tried Googling to find her name but I can’t seem to find out anything about her. It is bugging me because I’m almost certain I’ve seen her in something else!
