Podcasts changing before my eyes

Anyone seeing this bizarre behavior from their iPhone lately?

Among the podcasts I subscribe to is NPR’s Fresh Air. A few days ago i noticed it was no longer there, but a different NPR podcast was. Weird. I deleted it and re-subscribed to Fresh Air. Next day, same thing - FA is gone, another one in it’s place.

Today I replaced it again and it seemed to work. Then, as I was watching, it actually changed from FA to something else! This time another, but different, NPR podcast.

I’m going to go ahead and blame Apple for this. They always seem to be “improving” things to the point where their products are no longer capable of basic goddam functionality. But it’s also possible NPR has something going on. Any other reports of this kind of screw-up? I see nothing when I search online.

Not an iPhone but on my Mac desktop.

I lost my ‘Wait, Wait…Don’t Tell Me’ and it was replaced with ‘Invisibilia’. Highly annoying and mysterious. I wonder if there’s an NPR virus going around.

NPR fucked up their RSS feeds.

So is the person who did this still employed by NPR?

Why does it matter?

Maybe Fresh Air gets stale after a few days? :::d+r:::
