Poll about juggling

Can you juggle? If so, how many balls? Can you do any tricks?

To answer my own questions: Yes, three, on a good day I can juggle under my leg.

Can juggle three balls or three rings or three clubs. And any combination of those. Also weird things like hammers and tennis rackets. I really need to work on four objects at once.

I can juggle scarves! I’ve never learned how to juggle balls (I have a friend who’s an excellent juggler, but he’s never been able to teach me how). I get out the juggling balls sometimes when I’m bored, but I just can’t make it work.

Nope, I reckon I could after a bit of practice, but not right now. I have a set of three Japanese rice juggling balls, which I always wanted to learn to use, but just couldn’t get the technique.

I haven’t for years, but I used to be able to juggle 3 balls reasonably well. So could one of my buddies, and our trick was that one guy would start juggling, then the other guy would pluck the balls from the “juggle” (not from the juggler, mind you)–one by one, right in a row, so that then the second fellow was juggling. It was absolutely spectacular. Amazingly, nobody else seemed as impressed as we were.

AHA! THIS I can do!
The mundane…Scarves, balls, clubs, rings.

The intermediate… four balls, overhand juggling, cigar boxes, machetes, three balls off a wall, two balls with one hand, real honest-to-goodness bowling pins (anyone who’s ever handled a bowling pin knows this can’t be easy), bowling balls.

The advanced… FIVE (count 'em!) balls!

And I’m not going to be attemping the absurd like running chainsaws.

Nope, can’t juggle.
I also run like a girl and have been known to cower and duck instead of catching the frisbee, so the juggling thing is not a big shocker.

I can juggle three balls or three rings. I can…

… juggle above my head.

… juggle under my legs.

… juggle behind my back, but not for very long.

… transition from standing up to lying down and back, juggling all the while.

… juggle while blindfolded. (Again, not for very long.)

… juggle with one hand.

… juggle and do something else, such as taking a sip of tea from a very full cup, simultaneously.

I can do the standard bunch of 3-ball tricks, as well as juggle and pass clubs. I used to be able to do four balls and, my best trick, 3 balls in one hand. Alas, as I learned earlier today these last two tricks seem to have left me due to lack of practice. My mission for this week is to get them back.

The circus is sort of my standing plan B if they kick me out of school.

I can juggle three balls. I never got into tricks or more balls.

When I first showed up to sign up for helicopter lessons, the instructor said anyone taking lessons had to know how to juggle. I picked the three cubical juggling balls from off his desk, and began juggling. He said I’m in.

[sub]It was a joke, really. Juggling was not a real requirement for taking flying lessons. But I got to say, ‘Hah!’[/sub]

Three balls is about my ability limit at juggling. A number of my debaters juggle, so we resemble a circus between debate rounds at a tournament. ;D

I can’t juggle, but practically everyone else in my family can. My mother, my grandfather, four of my uncles, and two of my aunts can juggle. I have NEVER, EVER been able to get the hang of it.

I can juggle 3 balls and occasionally manage a pass or two.

I learned how to juggle in grad school. One of the other students could juggle, the rest of us were jealous, for Christmas we got “How to Juggle” books and from then on, the lab looked like a really bad circus.

Yes.
Three.
Not really.

I can juggle three balls. I can do a few tricks, but I don’t know the names of any of them, and I’ve done three clubs in the past, but not for very long.

I’m trying to teach myself to do five balls, should get the hang of it in a couple of months.

I started out juggling when I was 15 and still juggle today (21 years later). I can juggle 3 of just about anything including balls, rings, clubs, scarves, and rubber chickens  . I also can perform the devil sticks and manipulate cigar boxes. With clubs I got pretty proficient at passing with a partner. My old college roommate and I got some pretty serious passing routines down really well.

I still juggle today, but not so much since I’ve turned to performing magic.

Chainsaws.

I can do three, and I used to be able to do several tricks and at least get started with clubs. Long time ago, though.

Three balls, clubs or torches. No fancy tricks, though.
