FWIW, Dread’s, which is the only unattributed quote, comes from Slayers. Some very pretty sounding spells in that show.
As for me, shoot, I don’t know. Probably something from FLCL or Rurouni Kenshin.
The quote - upon reflection, the two quotes - I throw around most often, however, is from a parody fansub of episode 1 of Neon Genesis Evangelion.
